I'm called "MzRida" by friends and family alike. Why? Well that story goes back to the early 80's, I was stationed in lovely San Diego, California. My stylist,Chuckle give me that name. He would always say, "MzRida the Diva in Distress!" So I decided to keep it in memory of him. Chuckie sadly passed away in the 1988.

I was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. Two things are most present until this day.

#1. Hair salons on almost every other corner.

#2. A church on almost every other corner.

So I have a personal relationship with my higher power, and the love of the proper treatment of hair.

In March 1980, I decided not to go to college and travel the world, so I packed up my belongings and joined the U.S. Navy. I ASVAB high enough to become a Radioman now known as Information System Technology Specialist.

The Navy took me to places most people dream about, and I have circled the globe three times over, and I met some wonderful people along the way.

Not only did I study the language, and attended the University of Maryland European Division, I also studied the different textures of hair. I Lived in Southern Italy outside Naples in a community called Lago Patria. I fell in love with mozzarella di bufalo, vino (wine), spagetti vongole (spagetti with clams),olio di oliva (olive oil), and most of all the warm generous people and culture of Italy. While there I did not have internet access from home like today, so I discovered that olive oil was a wonderful hot oil treatment for my dry hair.

Working in London and living in a community called Ruislip. It's funny but I always felt a connection to that place. Maybe in a past life~If you believe in that!

London has a vast array of some of the best salons in the world, and you would be surprised who you might meet. During my visits to Brixton, I inform shop owners about different hair care products from the United States to sale in their prospective shops.

I have traveled to so many countries I could write a novel on just my travels alone, but these two areas of the world are so near and dear to my heart.

My True Journey

After serving 21 years in the military it was time for me to hang up my uniform for the last time. My retirement ceremony was March 11, 2001. You reminense all the good times, laugh at the bad times, and keep the true friends met along the way near and dear to your heart. Now my children were entering adulthood and one by one leaving for college. Everyone was making a life change except me career wise. I retired from the military in one sense, but my mindset was still there. I needed a change and FAST!

It's Time To Forge Ahead...

It's an ever changing world as you age into the discovery of some important factors about self. It hits you like an explosive bomb, I guess you have to be over the age of 40 to appreciate this statement.

I continued to work in the Information Technology field but...my love for the field wasn't there. I was drifting, unfocused, unmotivated, becoming physically and emotionally sickened, and most of all frustrated. The income is fantastic, but after a while money doesn't bring you happiness. I no longer wanted to compete, and I know longer have nothing to prove. In my younger days it would not have been a question in my mind, but today....Oh please spare me the anguish and the mundane commute!

If There Is A Will There Is Determination

One thing I will alway have is determination. I finally decided to follow my own lead, so I turned to the internet. I researched but not enough about affiliate programs, get rich quick schemes, you name it...I've tried it! I watched my hard earned money disappear with little to no returns. Enough is enough and I almost gave up!

One day after reading a ton of junk emails, I received one in particular that grabbed my attention. I read the email and save it for future reference. This time I refused to be taken in by sites that promise the world, and the only person getting paid is the scam artist him or herself.

November 2008, I lost my dear mother to congested heart failure. Everything in my life seemed to spiral out of control. I seem to have entered a phase of one failure after another with the miserable feeling of losing my best friend, master teacher, and spiritual advisor. I threw in the towel of self pity and despair. I was grieving in the worst way of putting myself in total isolation.

I remembered saving a email about this site called Sitesell, so I slowly started reading the material provided. What else could I lose...Right? Two months passed since my mother's passing and I finally started to lift myself up. I started to religiously read everything SiteSell had to offer. I could not afford to lose anymore money especially during these hard economic times. With a thirst of more knowledge about this this site, and it was giving my the ammunition I needed, I saved up the money and joined in January 2009. Something felt good inside about my decision.

To my surprised the outstanding quality of training and support I received. Step by step instructions of how to properly construct my website by my personal coach. I have been taught so much about the business of Internet Marketing in this short length of time. If I have any questions I log into the forums and my question are quickly answered. SiteSell helped me create my website, and so much more. The most important factor that this is not a "Get Rich Scheme or a Scam!" Take things one step at a time, and over time you will win the race.

Starting with an average of 10-20 clicks a day, and now I have reached over 700 clicks in one day and climbing. The Google spiders love my site as well. I simple create more webpages, and SiteSell does the rest.

I Love SBI and SBI Loves Me! That's the truth! I'm at that career crossroad and I'm happy that I have chosen the right road this time. I make a mistakes because I'm human. I'm shown how to correct my errors and move on. I no longer beat myself up because of it!
