Procedures for lace wigs on how to measure for your stylish wig for ordering.

How To Measure

Before purchasing a stock lace front wig, you should measure your head to ensure a good fit. Follow the template below when taking your measurements.

Note: the measurements of the lace wig you are purchasing should be no more or less than 1/4 to 1/2 inch difference than the measurements of your head.

1. Circumference (Around the head. Place metal strip of your tape measure in the center of your head and measure from the front all the way around the head until the tape measure meets in the center of the head.)

2. Front to Nape (Measure from the front hairline to the nape hairline)

3. Ear to ear across forehead (Measure from tip of the right ear across the forehead to the tip of the left ear.)

4. Ear to ear over top (Measure from the tip of the right ear across to the top of your head to the tip of the left ear.)

5. Temple to temple round back (Measure from your right temple hairline and measure around the back of your head until you reach the left temple hairline.)

6. Nape of Neck (Measure your nape hairline from right to left.)

How To Apply Your Lace Wig

Lace front wigs are applied by using various types of adhesives and tapes. Depending on your preference and skin type, you may need to experiment with several different types of adhesives before you find the one that works best for you.

The following is a brief paragraph on basic lace wig application instructions. Complete application and care instructions will be included with your order.

Basic Application Instructions:

You may wish to cornrow your hair or comb it straight back using gel. Either of these methods should make your hair flat to ensure a good application. Gently apply adhesive and/or tape to the skin. The adhesive should be applied slightly in front of your natural hairline. After the adhesive has gotten tacky, position the lace wig slightly in front of your natural hairline in front and back to apply the wig. Hold down the lace to the skin and count to 20 until the adhesive is completely dried. You will get more detailed information about applying your lace wig with your order.
